Order Policy
All orders will be processed within two business days. In the event that a fabric or an accessory is backordered, we will contact you with a new estimate of when your fitting/delivery will occur.
Payment
Elegant Consulting accepts Checks and Credit Cards as payment. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. When an order is placed, we take a deposit and then on delivery the balance will be charged.
Quality Policy
We strive to do our very best, however, once in a while, a garment will not fit the way the client expects. As soon as you discover any issues, even the smallest thing, please accept our apologies, contact Brad Twersky or any of the Elegant staff, and we will gladly fix it.
